When Max Mara invited me to art direct and photograph their fall/winter collection, I embraced the challenge of capturing their vision of comfort and effortless luxury. Max Mara has always championed dressing women for success and ease, and to bring that idea to life, I photographed Maria Borges on the streets of New York City—a backdrop that epitomizes independence and achievement—highlighting the collection’s empowering ethos.
